Emptying trash problem

I am using Zotero 9 on Windows 11. My trash in Zotero has more than 600 files, and when I try to empty the trash, it works for about 2 minutes and then stops. Also, when I select some items in the trash and try to delete them, it shows the files disappearing, but not the parent folders.
After restarting Zotero, everything is the same as before.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this?

    Thank you for responding, and I apologise for the delay.
    The Debug ID is D1711230666.
    I tried to erase all items in the Trash right after starting Windows.
    Also, this trash is from one of my profiles (programação), in case there is any doubt.
    All profile files are on Drive D, and the Zotero profile is on Drive C.

    I have to add that there are 735 items to suppress from Trash, and this number did not diminish after the command to empty trash.

    Now I copied the contents of the profile to drive C: and remade the Zotero profile to point to it (43,0 GB of content). Now the Empty Trash command worked.
