can i program a keyboard shortcut in Word for Mac, to "Add/Edit Citation?"

I did, but in Word (for windows). I suppose in Word for Mac you can do it also.

Ah--thanks for that! Can you guide me as to how you did that? When I go to create a Word shortcut, I don't see or understand how to find an "Insert Zotero" type command, for which to then create a shortcut? Here's what I typically use to create other keyboard shortcuts...
