Zotero Crashed and I can't access my file, and it won't reopen
Was editing a document for work, had hours of notes and material saved. Had been hitting "Save As" throughout. Left my computer open and headed to lunch for an hour and came back to try and edit the document. When I did, I received an error message, and when I tried to refresh, it asked me to sign in/make an account. I went ahead and did that to save, and then I re-opened Zotero. It said the doc was syncing and I tried to refresh, and now I keep receiving this message when I open Zotero : Database upgrade errorZotero.DBConnection.prototype.queryAsync@chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/db.js:699:13
It asks me if I want to check for updates, and I do, and then it says no updates to be found and closes the app. I know some people have mentioned the "Advanced Settings" section but I click it and nothing happens. Is there any way I can get that doc back? I'm on a crunched timeline and there's no way I can replicate that work so fast.

Upgrade Storage
What word processor? Refresh what? What asked you this? Make what kind of account? Make sure you're running Zotero 9.0.6 or later. If the problem persists, see Reporting Startup Errors. What do you mean by "get that doc back"? Documents are stored on your disk and opened in your word processor, so how does that relate to not being able to open Zotero?
