Edit "European Journal of Neuroscience" Style to include DOI

Hi all,

Would someone in the know be able to add the DOI (or an option to show it) to the European Journal of Neuroscience style?

I might be able to do it myself using info from a few other posts here, but it's probably better if a competent person does it...

Currently, the style doesn't show the DOI but EJN's guidelines say that DOI is highly encouraged:

    Hey all, so I figured out I could add it in the last section of the style:

    And that seems to work, it adds the DOI as the last element of each reference in the reference list. However, I would like it to be a clickable link (as in the screenshot from the journal guidelines above) - any suggestion as to how to do that? Thanks!!

    Okay, looking up some more on the forum I found some 'alternative' ways to make the doi link clickable, as it seems this is not something that can be implemented by the style itself?

    Hi, one way for the final finishing of your thesis before submittinig is use keyboard shortcut for AutoFormat in MS Word (for MS Word 2010 it is Alt+CTRL+K). But they must satisfy two conditions:
    1. bibliography must be unlinked from Zotero (it must be only text not Zotero field - you must manualy use "Zotero Remove Codes")
    2. between doi: and http: must be space ("doi: http://" is correct, "doi:http:" will not work)

    Because it si possible that AutoFormat function can change some other parts of your thesis, than I suggest copy the bibliography to new document. There you can unlinking and autoformat bibliogrpahy and after that copy the bibliography back into your thesis.

    It can't be done with the style/Zotero, hence the various threads on how to do it.
