Web browser Extension issue

Hi All,

The extension for zotero is not working. I am saving cases from HUDOC (ECHR law website) however the web extension is inconsistently not registering as cases; instead I get a grey website symbol. I know the extension registers the cases correctly as it has successfully done it previously. At the moment I am having to manually input all of this information, which, given the amount of cases i need (over 100) is not feasible. I have tried troubleshooting many ways including deleting and reinstalling both the app and extentions, resetting the translators, changing to a different computer, trying a different browser and none of this has worked. Please can you advise me of what else I can try as I need this to continue my work.

    Apologies for the lack of link - this is an example of the thing i am trying to save. It has miraclously started to work fine now, but the inconsistency in it working is time consuming trying to troubleshoot everyday,

    We'd have to see a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page, trying to save, and getting an error. It's possible you're being temporarily blocked by the site.
