The log you shared shows downloads starting, and indeed not finishing. Probably this is a network issue on your side. Please try the following:
- Restart the device and try again.
- Retry without low power mode activated (although this shouldn't be an issue).
- Retry using a different network.

Please provide more feedback, and ideally a new debug log, as needed.
