I am in the final chapter of my doctoral dissertation in a phase where I am verifying my citations.

My Zotero (plugin into MS Word for Mac) does not show the menu above with file, view, etc. and DOES NOT provide the box at the bottom where you can plug in the page number and then hit ok which allows Z to insert the citation.

I believe this is a setting, as I had this problem years ago and had to have two things open for it to work: the Zotero on the desktop and another Zotero-related site.

Any thoughts?
