Just started happening yesterday. Every time I try to put in a citation to my draft dissertation, Microsoft says it has to restart and doesn't save the change. Both Microsoft and Zotero version uptodate. Virus scans done on the computer are all good. Still happens in a copy of the document. Doesn't change if either or both are closed and restarted; still happens when full shut down of computer.

Help!
