I'm a daily zotero user and I love all aspects of the project, which is why I'd love for more ways to show my appreciation of the steady developments and improvements y'all are doing! At the same time, I don't want to create spam by commenting "Thanks, that's cool!"

Please add a row of buttons under the first message in a thread, with which I can:

- Show my appreciation (heart)
- Show, that I have the same issue (plus one)
- Show that I agree with the statement (thumbs up)
- Show that I'm unhappy with a development (thumbs down/emoji with one tear)
