Better input for book sections

When you have an edited volume and want to add a book section, you have to add an author-field manually and the page-numbers are somewhere in the middle of the column.

Better solution:
1. The field for the author of the book-section should e added automatically.
2. The relevant fields of the book-section (author, title, pages) should be on top.
3. The fields of the edited volume should be greyed out, so that you can't accidentally change them. Editing fields of the edited volume should be done in the parent-book, so that these edits are correct in all book-sections.

    Does nobody finds this useful? That's very annoying if adding book-sections.

    Suggestions to improve this process have been made for a long time. Originally there was no right-click Create Book Section at all, and so chapters/book sections had to created entirely manually (IIRC the Zutilo plugin first automated the process).

    Probably the most common suggestion for further refinement is to allow some sort of "composite" item, that would include the parent book and its chapters under the one heading (but still individually cite-able; and perhaps not requiring individual chapter PDFs, if the book PDF is stored). Without that, there is no direct link between a book and its chapters that would allow your #3 for example.
