Upgrade Storage[Suggestion] Search should be able to turn on case-sensitivity
To the best of my knowledge, neither the main search bar nor Advanced Search currently supports case-sensitive or whole-word filtering. I would like to suggest adding these features to a future update, as they would be incredibly helpful for users requiring precise search results.
I am also willing to contribute the code for this myself. If a developer could point me toward the relevant files or functions to get started, I would be happy to submit a pull request.

alexsouthCan I upvote this? I love Zotero and couldn't do my research without it, but it is intensely frustrating to be unable to search for whole words. E.g. I want to search for 'tempo', and end up with results including 'temporal', 'temporary', 'temporality', etc. In a database of 1000s of papers this can lead to dozens or even hundreds of spurious hits, making the search function almost useless. Thanks!
