For the last few weeks, a 'convert file' box pops up whenever I attempt to insert a Zotero citation in a word doc (old or new). This then often creates formatting errors in text and loses references from the bibliographical section of the document (I usually work on academic papers).

I have updated Zotero to the latest version but the problem persists.

Can anyone assist?
