After trying to synchonize with web I get this error:

PathUtils.filename: Could not initialize path: NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces this error?

    You have a few dozen attachments — all added in 2024 — that are stored files but somehow are set to absolute paths to your Mendeley file directory. That's invalid and breaking the sync, and they wouldn't be openable either. We can have syncing ignore those, but they were likely created by some third-party plugin that was running at the time of the import. (Other attachments added at the same time are correct, so I'm not sure why these specific paths were corrupted.)

    This is affecting too many attachments to fix easily by hand, so you'll need to wait for a fix or scan down your items list looking for missing (grayed-out) attachments, delete them, and empty the trash.
