I got a new computer, and assumed I would be able to sync my cloud library from Zotero to my new machine, but my cloud library is completely empty also. HELP! Is there any way to recover that data? I had years of articles saved.
It's possible you left yourself logged in on a shared computer and someone tried to delete all data. You can clear any existing browser and application sessions from your security settings.
