switching between tabbed Google Docs and Word
This is relation to Report ID: 33288412.
I have been able to use the "Switch word Processors" function to switch from a Google Doc to a Word doc okay and convert the citations, but I run into problems when I try to switch from a tabbed Google Doc to a Word doc. In each tab, I use the "switch word processors" function to have the code inserted by Zotero, and then I download all tabs of the Google doc as a Word document and open it up. I select the "refresh" button in the Word Zotero menu and I get an error message that I must insert a citation before performing this function. It will refresh the citations okay if I download only one tab at a time, but I'm wondering if there's a way to do it for all tabs at once and still be able to have the citations refresh. Thanks!
I am on a Mac, OS15.7.4, Zotero 9.0.6.

adomasven Zotero TeamYou should download each tab as a separate document and refresh them. If you then want to merge them, copy the contents of each tab into a single document. There you will be able to work on the tabs as if they are a single document.
