Zotero report error during launching. Error message is like below:
NotAllowedError: Could not remove `C:\Users\21378\AppData\Local\Temp\Zotero\elsevier-harvard.csl' (NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED)

    Zotero is getting an error removing a file in a system temp directory. You can try deleting that file (or folder) manually, but this would usually be due to security software on the system interfering.

    (There was just another report of this.)
