Zotero doesn't sync

Hi
In the library of my Zotero desktop version i taged 77 items and put them in a new subcollection. The sync sign doesnt turn anymore, so it should have synced, but it hasn't.

In the web-version as well as on another laptop, in my newly created subcollection there are only 52 of the 77 items. I tried to restart Zotero, but the problem remains. I also tried to tag the items again and create a new subcollection, but still the same 25 items are missing on the web-version and on the other laptop.
What could be the problem?

    It still doesn't work and none of the proposed solutions have helped.

    Here i taged an item, moved it to another subcollection and synced. All of it does not appear in the web version.

    You're running a version of Zotero from September 2024. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in almost two years.
