Problem with adding new content after purchasing a new plan

I've purchased the 20$ plan yesterday, and since i've been trying to add new articles to Zotero but when I click the Zotero Connector for Chrome and choose an article to save, it says it's saving but the article is not showing up in the dialog window as it always does, and it doesn't appear in the Zotero app.

I've tried updating the app and reinstalling the Connector but it doesn't help.

Please help.
