Upgrade StorageCant find reference in Word plug in

Zotero is not showing my references in the word plug in when I need to cite references. I have created and addedd 22 references in a collection which I can see in zotero. But when I want to cite in word it does not show any references in the same collection.

poettliThose are 22 standalone attachments. You first need to create a bibliographic item for each of them in order to be able to cite them. See https://www.zotero.org/support/adding_items_to_zotero#pdfs for more information.
