Upgrade StorageGoogle Docs integration stuck on green loading bar - Debug ID D1742705710
Hello. I am using Zotero 9 on Windows with Zotero Connector.
When I try to use Zotero in Google Docs, Add/Edit Citation gets stuck on the green loading bar and never opens the citation dialog.
This happens in:
- My original Google Docs document
- A new blank Google Docs document
- Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
The Zotero Connector can communicate with Zotero because http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping shows “Zotero is running”.
I already restarted Zotero, the browser, and the computer. The problem continues.

dstillman Zotero TeamThat shows the citation dialog opening. Check to make sure it's not appearing behind your other windows. It's part of the Zotero app.
