Can't access desktop zotero because stuck in 2FA loop

Hi, Is anyone else having the problem where the two-factor authentication email is taking so long to arrive that the login times out? I can't log into the desktop application at all.

    You should talk to your mail server administrator. We send these out via the Amazon cloud email service, and they should arrive within seconds. Any delay would be on the side of your email server, which they could confirm from the mail headers.
