Synchronization of my zotero doesn't work anymore - ID 917742263

For the past two days, my zotero synchronization doesn't seem to work, despite several attempts and restarting the computer.

    Files above 4 GB are not currently supported
    You're trying to upload a file larger than 4 GB (e.g., a very large video file), which isn't currently supported.

    You can paste EY2CI726 into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to find the attachment in question. You'll need to delete it and empty the trash. If you don't have another copy, you can Show File and move the file somewhere else on your computer and then add it back as a linked-file attachment.

    thanks a lot for the quick answer.
    I corrected and divided the file into two files of less than 4 GB.
    However, I still have an issue appearing. I sent a new report ID 2076258101.

  • There's still another file, Z4ZN97AI.

    If you corrected that one too, we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that fails.
  • Oh I see my mistake, I thought this new file was slightly under 4GB, it was slightly over. Then I corrected and now I am all good, thanks a lot !
