Hello, I just clicked on the information “i” next to a webpage screenshot document, and the crash occurred. I can open it (the screenshot document of the webpage) without a problem, but when I click on the “i” Zotero crashes immediately.

If so, can you please provide a debug log of you trying to do that? See the instructions in Debug Output Logging
After the crash, relaunch the app and you should get the debug log id to post here.
A screen recording of the issue reproduction would also help.
