Parent item option disappeared: report# 670486856

In the windows desktop application, I am no longer able to edit the parent item of a saved pdf file in Zotero. I cannot get the option from a right-click on a PDF file in the desktop application. I have no plug-ins installed to be disabled and restarting Zotero does not bring back the option to edit the parent item and metadata. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First photo is from my Zotero after right clicking on a saved PDF file. Second photo is an example photo pulled from online with features I no longer have. When right clicking on a PDF file, I no longer have the option to: Retrieve metadata for PDF, Create parent item, and Reindex Item. I used these features heavily, and now I can no longer find them.

There are no updates needed for my Zotero application.

You're clicking a top-level item. You can only retrieve metadata or create a parent item for a standalone attachment (as shown in the second image).
