Uninstalling doesn't remove your data, and there's almost never a reason to do so if you'll be reinstalling it.
If you're having trouble reinstalling it, you can delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero and C:\Program Files\Zotero folders (if they exist) and then reinstall.
