Account access with new email

Hello - I have a Zotero account associated with an old institutional email address to which I no longer have access. (My institutional address was changed when I switched from undergraduate to graduate programs.) When I try to login to Zotero in order to sync a new computer, I get a verification code sent to the old email, which I cannot access. Can someone from Zotero support help me recover my account?
