Firefox plugin translator issues with SAGE

Hi, I've been having persistent trouble saving items from SAGE Journals to Zotero.

I open the journal page, click the icon to save a journal article, and either I get nothing or I get a failed to save message.

I've had this problem with all SAGE articles, but here's one example:

I've been getting an error from the SAGE translator for a few weeks. Lately, the Atypon translator has usually worked, but today it's not working either.

Firefox, the plugin and Zotero are all up to date.

    I'm seeing the issue with the Sage translator on all Sage sites, so we'll look at that.
    The Atypon translator should continue to work in general -- the problem on the linked page is that they're just not sending any metadata: you can see that if you click on the cite button the citation is incomplete and you can't actually download RIS.

    Is this fixed? I'm having problems on Chrome with all Sage journals.

    I'm not seeing any issue with the article linked above. The Debug ID that @shai.karp provided above seemed to (though I'm not completely confident about this) indicate a server-side issue, which may now be resolved. If you're still having problems saving items from Sage, could you provide a Connector Debug ID?

    The Debug ID has to be for reloading the page and trying again to save. (Otherwise it just reopens the popup.)
