Upgrade StorageAPA format error: no sentence case in article titles

I am getting a problem with APA Style (7th; the most recent update says 2/13/2026) where, when I generate a bibliography, the titles of articles I cite are not in sentence case but rather title case. This persists even if I manually change the title to be in sentence case in the Zotero file. Per Purdue OWL: "Capitalize only the first word of the titles and subtitles of journal articles, as well as the first word after a colon or a dash in the title, and any proper nouns." Unfortunately Zotero is capitalizing everything. Any help or advice would be appreciated!
I tried this using Zotero 9 on both a Mac and a Windows computer, with the same results on both.
