Bug when adding files to library

I am using Zotero 9.0.5 on Windows 11. When I add certain PDF files to my library I sometimes get two entries created. One of them is just the PDF itself with no bibliographic information attached. The other is the bibliographic information without the PDF. Formerly the PDF would be properly attached to the new entry when the file was added. To fix this I need to manually drag the PDF onto the blank bibliographic entry for each item. Thoughts?

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

I just tried adding a file in Troubleshooting mode, but the problem persists.

Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing it in Troubleshooting Mode?

@dstillman Thank you! I am having a completely different problem ( & breaking ) but I think its the same cause- a plugin is duplicating instructions. Anyway your suggestion worked- thanks!
