All my files from the laptop are in the online library.

i want to see them on my iPad and on my iphone.
But some files just won‘t sync to my iPad, OTHER files won‘t sync to my phone.
I do have enough storage, I even bought some more, because I thought it might be a storage issue but it clearly was not.

    See Files Not Syncing, and if you're still having trouble, provide the exact info requested there that applies to your situation.

    If files are actually available (i.e., openable) in the online library, you would be able to open them from any device synced with the same account.

    I did all those things. And I can access all my files from my laptop an iPhone, but 18 items are missing on my iPad. It’s not just that the pdf files aren’t accessible, I do not see some items that are there and openable on my laptop and iPhone, even after hours and retrying of syncing. There also is no error code. The items are just missing.

    Also, the information requested there is the debug log, which I posted or am I missing something?

    Can you see and open those missing items in online library?
