Unable to logg into Zotero with iPad
I am trying to get Zotero to work on my iPad. I downloaded the Zotero app. When I enter my username and password (either by directly typing them or by using a password manager to fill them in) and check and pass the Cloudflare test, I get either (a) the same blank log in screen again asking for username, password and Cloudflare, or (b) a Zotero.org screen suggesting I download Zotero for iOS. I seem to be in an endless loop. I've deleted and reinstalled the Zotero app on the iPad a couple of times with no effect. If I try to log into Zotero on the iPad using Safari, after putting in my userame and password I get the same screen suggesting I download Zotero for iOS. I've turned off my VPN, so that shouldn't be the problem. I can successfully sign into Zotero on my PC with the same username and password I used on the iPad. I don't know what else I can do to get out of this cycle and connect my iPad to my Zotero account. The iOS is 26.3.1. Thanks for your help

I can log in to Zotero successfully through DuckDuckGo on both my PC and iPad. However, I cannot log in through either the Zotero app or Safari on my iPad.
When I enter my username and password, the login page simply reloads and asks me to log in again, creating an endless loop.
I also tried using a passkey, but I receive an "Authentication failed" message.
I've already deleted and reinstalled the Zotero app several times, but the problem persists.
My iPad is running iPadOS 26.5.
Has anyone found a solution to this issue?
