How to extract bibliographies from a crashed word document

I have been working on my document, adding in text citations, but had not gotten round to adding the bibliography yet. Now I try accessing my document on my Word web page and the document keep crashing. I can only accesss it through the Word Web, but that does not support Zotero. Zotero is working in every other document, except for this one. is there a way I can access this bibliography list?

Keeps crashing Word, you mean? Or something else?

Yes word keeps crashing on that one file.

What exact Word version? A Word crash is generally a Word bug. Other than updating, best we can suggest is to try splitting up the document. See the latest step of Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents.
