Tiny "OBJ" displaying next in-text citation numbers

Very tiny "OBJ" is displaying to the right of the superscript citation numbers in the text. Is this something that Zotero is doing? Can I remove it?
I have been having difficulties with sharing Word files in the cloud. Could the "OBJ" be an artifact of that?

Can you provide a screenshot? I don't think we've seen that.
