Will I get billed immediately when I upgrade to unlimited storage?

I currently am using the 3Gs worth of storage for free and I am considering upgrading to the unlimited storage option. When I upgrade my account will I automatically get billed the $120 or will I be charged next year?

    You'll get billed when you add the storage subscription. (Not sure why you think it would be anything else? The only situation when you're not billed is if you already have a storage subscription and switch to another plan.)
