format for a journal

I am struggling to find a format for the journal 'Global Challenges' (Wiley). They have a model shown below and say it is Chicago style but none of the ones you have give this output. Advice please! You could try with the Bioethics style, which looks very similar. (It's also a Wiley journal.)
