Sync timer behaviour
When you hover over the sync icon (on the top right-most side of the screen), you get the time Zotero last synced with the zotero.org servers. It runs in seconds, until it gets to 1 minute. After that though, does it actually update *to the minute*? I noticed that mine got to 60 seconds, and then said "Last synced 1 minute ago," and then, less than 60 seconds later, it said "Last synced 2 minutes ago"--even though exactly 2 minutes had not passed (although it was close to 2 minutes). Not a huge problem (or even a problem at all), but I just wanted to ask about this behaviour. I assume it has no effect on the zotero.sqlite database.

tnajdek Zotero TeamIt rounds to the nearest minute, meaning the "1 minute → 2 minutes" jump happens at ~90 seconds.

sciwonderAh, I see, that would explain it. It did seem like, between it going from "60 seconds" / "1 minute" to "2 minutes," only about 30 or so seconds had passed, or about 90 seconds in total from the last sync. The zotero.sqlite file only has the date/time stamp from the actual last sync (at least in Finder), so I assume all is good anyway.
