Upgrade StorageConvert File Popup and Lost Bibliography
I am having an issue with a Word (.docx) document.

Zotero works normally in new blank documents, but not in this thesis file.
When I open Zotero → Document Preferences and click OK, Word shows a "Convert File" pop-up. No matter what I click (OK/cancel), the bibliography disappears. Same happening when I add an in-text citation. I have been using copies of that docx file for more than a year, and this issue is the first time.
I tested:
A copy with all Track Changes accepted
A copy with the bibliography deleted
New blank documents (work normally)
The issue persists in the current document. Kindly help
