This isn't any sort of known issue, so if you'd like us to help you, you'll need to follow the standard bug-reporting steps.
Along with the Report ID that we always need for any report, you should also restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing the problems you're seeing and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.
If not, provide a Debug ID for a specific operation that's slow, and provide more details.
