Please help. I've tried using Zotero in both Word and Google Docs today and I'm getting the same error message every time I try to do anything: "A word processor integration command is already running."

Also, Zotero is showing up twice in the menu bar in Google Docs.

    Have you tried restarting Zotero/the computer?

    @TaraSpence: The message actually just means what it says — you're triggering Add/Edit Citation twice, so the second time you click it (in this case 10 seconds after the first), the first process is still running.

    How large is the document where you're running this, and how long have you waited?

    For Zotero showing up twice in Google Docs, you likely just need to reload Google Docs.
