We have a Zotero group library that is used and maintained by our institute. Unfortunately, the original group owner is no longer employed at our institution and is no longer reachable. We do not have access to this Zotero account.

The group library is still actively used by our team, and we would like to ensure its continued administration and long-term maintenance. We can provide evidence that the group belongs to our institution and that the current members are authorized to manage it.

Is it possible to transfer ownership of the group to another member or administrator under these circumstances? If so, what information or documentation would you require from us?
