Hey folks - long time Zotero user here. I'm getting repeated corruptions which crash Word. Following your directions (after doing the other things), I chopped a 30 page document into portions, trying to isolate the problematic part--and when I finished chopping . . . no crashes in any one piece. The problem has gone away and then cropped up again multiple times. This has never happened to me over my many years of using Zotero, even on a large book manuscript. PLEASE prioritize squashing this bug over working on new features. Thanks, Dale
