Error trying to insert citation into Google Doc
When I insert a citation into Google Docs, I inserts it but freezes the screen (photo 1) and reads "Zotero is updating your document. Please wait…" When I refresh the Google Doc tab, the citation is linked; however, when I try to add another, I get a warning sign that reads "A word processor integration command is already running" (photo 2).
I have a MacOS Sequoia 15.7.7. All software has been updated, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero and the Chrome plugin.
