référence a et b suite à un doublon, mais qui persiste après suppression du doublon

Bonjour, j'avais une même référence en doublon avec quelques différences, mais c'était bien la même. J'ai supprimé le doublon mais dans mon texte, les références apparaissent en auteur, date(a) et auteur, date(b). La commande "refresh" ne change rien au problème, supprimer et remettre la référence de citation non plus. J'ai fermé zotero, l'ai rouvert, rien n'y fait. Dans la bibliographie, il y a toujours les doublons. Je ne sais plus quoi faire ! Merci de votre aide

Thanks, I tried the first process (deleted items) in "other causes". Here is what I get when I try to reinsert the reference in the text :

The first reference (highlighted)'s "blue bubble" has indeed a “Open in [Library]” button at the bottom of the popup, whereas the second one does not. If I click on the first one the reference will say (castellotti, 2013b), if I click on the second one (which I do NOT want), I get (castellotti, 2013a). I have deleted the second one from whichever library it was still in. In brief, it still does not work and has me very puzzled...Is there any way to delete the second reference from any metadata embedded in the document ?

That means an instance of the second one is still in the document. You’ll need to delete it in the document. The linked page explains how you can find it if you’re having trouble. (We have a better method for doing so coming.)
