_libraryVersion cannot decrease Possibly due to account undelete

Its mentioned that "This shouldn't happen in normal usage, but it might happen if you deleted your account and later asked us to undelete it."

Well, this is actually something that I did I believe (asked to undelete an account). What are the next steps I can take? I just paid for unlimited storage, and would like to start syncing my library.
