Google Docs: "Ranges corrupt" error

    I am using Chrome. I have now updated to version 5.0.207 and my Zotero still does not work. I hope you are able to help :)

    @mariemallew: Make sure you’ve reloaded Google Docs. If you’re still having trouble, provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and reproducing the problem.

    I have reloaded Google Docs many times. I have tried to provide a Debug ID below. Please let me know if this is not what you meant. However "Body is 47967 characters too long"

    That's a different issue, so moving this to a new thread.

    The last step of the troubleshooting steps linked from the error message would have let you isolate the problem in the document, but you can also see the corrupted citation in the error message above. You'll likely need to delete that citation completely and reinsert it.

    Now we have deleted the specific footnote. But Zotero still doesn't work. Our document is 96 pages and has 301 footnotes in total.

    Again, you'll need to follow the last step of the troubleshooting steps to isolate any broken parts of the document. You can also send us an excerpt that reproduces the problem, as explained there. And we'd need a Report ID in all cases. We can't do anything with "doesn't work".

    Hi again. We have tried to isolate any broken parts of the document by making a copy of the document and deleting smaller sections at a time. But we still have not been able to make our main document work.

    We have an Report ID here: 712324115.

    We hope you are able see the errors from the report ID.

    The Zotero in our document just stopped working yesterday, and we have tried everything we could think of in the last 24 hours.

    I hope you can help us. Please let me know if you need more information.

    Unless you can clear the document completely and still reproduce the problem, you haven't fully followed the steps there to isolate the problematic sections.

    If you're having trouble with that, you should share an excerpt with us, as explained on the page.
