Word ribbon tab not showing
Hello!
I cant get the Zotero tab to appear in Word ribbon.
I have:
- (Re-)installed Word Add-In from Settings > Cite. Got a succesful-message.
- Confirmed Zotero.dotm in %AppData%\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP (57 KB size)
- Confirmed Add-in is Active in Word Options > Add-ins
- In Trust Center, confirmed that "Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher” and “Disable all Application Add-ins” are unchecked.
- In Trust Center, tried both “Disable all macros with notification” and "Enable all macros"
- Reset Normal.dotm
- Checked if Zotero-tab is hidden in Ribbon settings
My IT department did not know of any policies that would affect this. Can I confirm this somehow?
Any ideas?
