items losing

Zotero 9, lots of item in collections are losing, but still in the My library, for example, the CAOB collection should contain many items, but now is 0. how to restore them? Many thanks

    Those item counts aren't from Zotero itself. We can't help with those.

    You might just be looking for View → Show Items from Collections.

    Those item counts are likely from Ethereal Style. Those show the *true* item count in a collection. But if View\Show Items from Sub Collections is ON, those counts will not match the number of items you see displayed in the main library pane (for parent collections that have sub-collections containing items).
