Upgrade StorageChrome plugin can not attach pdf from IEEEXplore
When trying to download an article from IEEEXplore the zotero connector is not able to attach the pdf. In the debugging log the following code is given:

For other sites like science direct it is still working fine

I am still able to download the article manually
I dont know if it is a problem that I used a Proxy, but the Zotero connector was working as expected with the proxy for the last few months
