Unable to add DOIs to library (problem solved)

When I input a DOI into the add items by identifier zotero comes up with 'Zotero could not find any identifiers in your input. Please verify your input and try again.'
I have tried multiple different DOI's which are verified and they do not add the item and i am not sure how to fix this

    With all DOIs or only a few? Please provide an example of a DOI that is not working.

    When i have tried, for examle inputting this doi : 10.48047, it shows up with the error message. It has also happened when using ISBNs aswell. When ive tried with multiple different DOI's it hasn't worked

    10.48047 is an incomplete DOI: it's just the prefix. We need some actual examples. No reason to not just put a whole bunch here

    I've gone back into it, some DOI's work but this one hasn't, no matter what I've tried

    im not sure if its that it has the wrong structure? It has stopped showing the error message however it still isn't being added to the library

    This DOI is not registered on either CrossRef or doi.org. So you cannot add this item by identifier. Unfortunately, Zotero is also not able to save from the article's page. And directly saving the PDF doesn't scrape useful metadata. At the moment, you need to enter the metadata manually in Zotero.
