Upgrade Storage[Solved] Quickly collapse and expand when toggleing colored tag for annotation
Reproduce step:
1. Select an annotation in the library pane
2. Press digital 1 to add/remove the first colored tag
In 10-beta.5, the attachment quickly collapses and expands, making it flicker.

poettliI cannot reproduce with 10.0-beta.5+b7437faf5 (macOS 26.4.1 and Ubuntu 22.04.5) with annotations made on a PDF. (I don't have ebook to try on.)
